PURPOSE
Passing and shooting from various angles, forehand and backhand.
FOCUS

HOW TO
- Four players set up in a box (1-4), and a fifth player (x) sets up between the top two players.
- Each player passes to the shooter (x), who catches and shoots.
- Shooter should shoot from the opposite side of the passer. For example, if the shooter is right handed and the pass comes from the shooter’s right (2 or 3), they would shoot on their backhand. If the pass comes from the left (1 or 4) they would shoot on their forehand.
Rotation: 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to shooter, shooter to 4, 4 to 1.
EXTEND
- Adjust the location of the shooter or passers
- Require different types of shots like one-timers or all backhand
- Add a defender or screen they have to shoot around
